Sr. Pastors Survey: What We Need The MostCatalyst sent a survey to dozens of senior pastors asking them what they felt were the most pressing needs in their church.
The results showed that without exception, outreach/evangelism and volunteer recruitment/team building ranked as areas they wanted to see improve. Catalyst will intentionally and strategically address these areas of concern through learning communities offered during our "Bonfire" Gatherings.
